I love how lightweight this knee brace is. It's stretchy and durable. It's made of 88% copper which is supposed to help with circulation and arthritis. On the inside top seam has rubber or silicone to keep it from slipping and so it stays in place well. It's quite comfortable and seems to be working so far for the stiff knee. It's really thin so it doesn't get in your way or feel bulky period after a while you forget it's there. I definitely recommend this to people with knee issues.
